Our goal was the collaboration and adoption of new assessment strategies as a basis for better management of the special situations created in the classroom. The priorities of this plan were the creation of a positive and cooperative atmosphere as well as the use of new methods that would lead to a better organization of the classroom and of our school. Additionally, high consideration was given to the creation of a positive atmosphere and of boundaries in the classroom. This was to be attained with the use of new methods and teaching scenarios that the participants would be able to use and which would form the basis of the activities that would be incorporated in our school. Creativity, critical thinking and collaboration are also key priorities of the plan which we incorporated. Our aim was for the participating teachers to form the core of the groups we created in order to properly and extensively implement the results of the training they received in the field we chose. These groups are responsible for the implementation of specific proposals in order to serve the reforms we started to make in the organizational field concerning the educational process in the management of special situations.
Our school is a small Primary school. All the teachers who serve in it are particularly aware of issues concerning the use of new methods and tools in the classroom and thus they participate in educational activities. Such opportunities are offered through etwinning and the Erasmus + program in which we have been participating as an organization for years. Our main goal is to bring our school closer to new methods of teaching and organization, to introduce new tools in order to offer more resources to our students and to promote collaboration and creativity that will be conducive to the overall improvement of our organization. To benefit our students, whenever we are given the opportunity, we carry out actions during the lessons or in contexts organized in collaboration with the school's EDEAUS or other bodies (conferences, speeches, and workshops). Our participation in the program aims to help us introduce novel ways of organizing and managing the classroom and adopt new methods that will provide a better quality education for our students.
