The aim of the project was to implement Inclusive Education in the Evening High School of Rhodes in order to improve the learning and social life of the students. Attending a training programme enabled training, new ideas and new methods to the teachers. Participation of students in mobility supported interculturality and peer collaboration and explored the parameters that help inclusion. New knowledge motivated new approaches, fostered empathy, respect for diversity and better cooperation between students from different backgrounds. Taking into account the suggestions of the participating students, the teachers designed policies and educational activities that strengthened the inclusion and interconnection of all students in the school.
