A. Training 1. To integrate apps in the learning process, to implement electronic devices, to use digital platforms as a means of communication. 2. To use and fully exploit tablets and smartphones within the curriculum of all teaching subjects. 3. To be sensitized and get further information about e-safety matters focusing at preventing and also dealing with cases of cyberbullying. B. Professional development of our teachers, interaction, broadening our European orientation, and establishing new partnerships (e.g eTwinning).
Our school aims at all of our students’ development and evolvement, placing them at the centre of the educational process, in an environment in which everyone feels safe and welcome. At the same time we aspire our school to be safe and hospitable for the whole educational community and a place where everyone feels worthy and appreciated. To that end, we systematically pursue empowering our teachers, by taking advantage of every possible opportunity. During the last few years, ours school actively supports its staff members that participate in E+ project in service trainings. Given the anxiety and insecurity our teachers felt regarding e-class management, as well as the active student participation and involvement in online classes during the pandemic, we carefully designed and implemented the present programme, aiming at training a team of teachers at ICT Technologies and their latest developments in education.
