The aim of the trainings is to introduce a revolutionary approach to classroom management and school leakage and to equip participants with the creation of an enabling environment and positive teacher-student relationships. Attending seminars in Greece and Abroad will further enrich teachers' knowledge and skills regarding strategies for identifying and managing undesirable behaviors. Especially in our school, the Integration Techniques of the school's various minorities (Roma - Gypsies) and the promotion of their active participation in society are deemed necessary.
The 2nd Primary School of Heraklion focuses on the development of the full potential of its teachers, with training, innovation and European experience being an important reinforcement in this direction. Every reform effort in the operation and methods of education highlights the need to upgrade and update the knowledge and skills of the teachers who will implement the reform and turn it into practice. The new teaching techniques, combined with the creation of permanent infrastructure in our school, will contribute to the quality upgrade of the educational process and the creation of an efficient, continuously improved and decentralized educational system.
