Regarding the training, the aim was to acquaint teachers with the creative use of mobile digital devices in the image and multimedia, the creation and publication of content, the recruitment of good practices from their peers from other European countries, thus gaining international experiences, as well as the contact with other cultures and educational systems. This flow will have a positive impact on the school since students will become familiar with the use of new technologies through the educational process. Regarding the on-site work visit, the teachers through rich photographic material, discussion with the management of the other school, the teachers, the recording of methods of electronic deposition of educational materials, will upgrade their knowledge, their abilities and their skills both in the use of digital means for improving the management of laboratories as well as enriching the way of teaching. Also, the exchange of views on management issues will be important.
The main goal was the internationalization of the school through clear quality development criteria. For this reason, we have tried to manage the Erasmus+ programs effectively and to approach new, modern learning practices through technology, improving the existing ones. The involvement of our school's teachers with this activity contributes to the improvement of their skills in both subject matter and administration matters. Especially in cognitive subject matters, training in the use of digital tools together with appropriate educational content led to the enrichment of existing teaching methods. The exchange of good practices among peers also contributes to this.
