A fundamental aim of the 1st EPAL Patras is the proposed mobility plan to expand the knowledge field and significantly improve the skills of the participants in matters of their specialties, but also of their individual development. In detail, the expansion of their knowledge field will be achieved through a series of seminar lectures and discussions of the participants with experts from the host institutions and the technical visits-placements that will be made in the respective structures. The most immediate and typical result is the strengthening of the students' professional skills which was certified by the acquisition of an appropriate document issued by the host organizations, but mainly through the acquisition of the Europass Mobility, which is recognizable throughout the European Labor Market.
