By implementing this project we first sought to provide our graduates with the opportunity to receive from the host organisation a certificate of training attendance which will be an extremely important addition to their CV. Secondly, we believe that mobility, in addition to contributing to job qualifications and subsequent professional rehabilitation, also offers the individual the opportunity for personal growth through travel, interaction with neighbouring peoples and exposure to different cultures and lifestyles. Rural technical students often lacked similar opportunities. However, we believe that the programme provides a comprehensive and broad education and culture both in terms of work and life experiences.
This project was created in order to give the graduates of the welding school of the Technical Institute the opportunity to receive further specialization and training in the subject, in one of the most renowned welding training companies worldwide. Our organization actively fills the gaps that are increasingly present in the labor market in terms of skilled craftsmen and manpower trained in technical professions, and for this reason it is constantly seeking the best training opportunities for the graduates of its schools and laboratories.
