The goal of the Panteion University's Placement Consortium is to provide the opportunity for all students to meet the academic requirements to obtain professional experience in the European labor market. Their participation in the Erasmus+ Internship Program in Europe results in: 1. Deepening the theoretical knowledge they acquired during their studies. 2. Developing new professional & communication skills in the foreign language of the receiving organization & the host country. 3. Increasing their self-confidence by discovering their ability to respond to an environment of different work and ethnic culture. 4. By being confronted to new mentalities, they develop a unique international experience that is essential for their professional progress. 5. Students & recent graduates upgrade their CV and claim the desired jobs with higher chance of success. 6. As several Internship positions are located in research laboratories of European Universities, this further develops the participant’s familiarity in research methodology, but also strengthens the researchers ties between Greek Universities and of HEI’s abroad. 7. Among the overall positive outcomes of the Program is the enhancing of the prestige of Greek University degrees.
