The University consistently strives to leverage the full potential of the Erasmus+ project. The implementation of the project aimed to foster increased collaborations with HEI’s. The primary objectives were to enhance mobility for both students and staff, ultimately contributing to the broader internationalization of the University. Central to our strategic planning is the prioritization of the professional and personal development of staff members. This includes the exchange of best practices and teaching methods, exposing students to diverse teaching and research approaches within their field of study. Furthermore, the University seeks to elevate its academic standards through collaborations and joint activities with international colleagues. Teaching staff mobility is viewed as a means to enhance the overall quality of our educational programs. Similarly, the mobility of administrative staff is anticipated to facilitate the adoption of best practices in the administrative areas. The project also plays a crucial role in enriching the learning experience and promoting intercultural understanding among participating students. This, in turn, contributes significantly to the personal and professional development of our graduates.
