In addition, it facilitated the dissemination of accreditation and advice for exemplary adult education practices across Europe; fostered productive opportunities for adult educators to network and collaborate.
EDUCATE project was designed to support adult education organizations across Europe in their efforts to deliver inclusive education, especially in the field of digital literacy. This was achieved both through providing useful and accessible materials, which they can immediately introduce to their work (EDUCATE Sustainability & Monitoring toolkit), and through the creation of a network of adult educators, which exchanges best practices and fosters cooperation (EDUCATE Interactive hub). The project's goal was achieved through the provision of useful and accessible materials, which were immediately introduced to the work of adult education organizations and adult educators. This network facilitated the exchange of best practices and fostered cooperation through the EDUCATE Interactive hub. Recognizing adult education as a key tool for economic and personal growth, we believed that addressing digital literacy gaps was essential to improve the lives of disadvantaged individuals and reduce inequalities. By participating in EDUCATE, we sought to contribute to the adaptation of adult learning methods, ensuring inclusiveness for learners and indirectly enhancing their digital competencies.
