The objectives to be achieved were the following ones: - To increase the knowledge of our staff in project management at different stages which will influence the quality of the projects submitted and the tasks to be performed in the implementation of the projects. - To increase cooperation with European partners for the exchange of best practices and innovation, especially in the field of e-learning. To learn about new teaching methods and the development of other educational methods linked to digital competencies - To develop intercultural competencies by interacting with other European professionals. To practice and improve the working language (mainly English). To develop transversal competencies such as tolerance, flexibility, and collaboration - To elaborate high-quality European project proposals that positively influence the participating actors - To increase the networks of European partners to foster collaboration with entities for the implementation and execution of different programs.
The project "Europe in a Clic" is a training initiative whose goal is the development of project management skills, along with the internalization of our entity Clictic. The project aims to provide our staff with a 5-day course in a European city, to improve their design and management skills in Erasmus+ projects in an international context. The goal is to be able to transfer those learned skills to daily work and, at the same time, to share that knowledge with the rest of the team. Clictic is a training entity in the field of digital technologies, whose main activity is the provision of services to educational centers, public entities, and companies. In particular, it has extensive experience in the development of learning platforms (e.g. Moodle), in the creation of digital content for training courses, and in the development of ICT applications for various uses. The most outstanding learning programs in Clictic are training in digital competencies, trainers courses, and the course of software development and online resources. Clictic is also dedicated to the writing and management of Erasmus+ projects.
