Background

Asociación CRESOL is an organization that provides informal and non-formal adult education. We work with training for adults in different ways and the most important challenges that CRESOL faces are: 1. Continuous improvement of CRESOL trainers, both in language skills, new teaching methodologies and in knowledge of environmental and social issues. 2. Strengthen the European dimension. Consolidate and create new alliances with European partners to create a European network in adult training. 3.Improve the key skills of students in order to improve their employability, as well as their integration and social inclusion, especially for students with fewer opportunities and from more disadvantaged backgrounds. 4.Become a benchmark in the training of adults for sustainable, social and solidarity development as an organization, especially in raising awareness of environmental and social challenges.
