The main objective of this project is to increase the digital skills of IFE María Pita's training professionals, due to the increasing demand for online training, especially after the Pandemic. In this way, IFE María Pita will be able to offer students all the digital tools and methodologies that are currently relevant. In addition to this priority objective, we have worked to achieve two other objectives, one of which refers to increasing the language skills of IFE María Pita trainers, another of the weaknesses of the teaching team. As these mobilities were carried out in EU member countries, the trainers had the possibility of having this linguistic experience in situ, an aspect that helps to improve these competences. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the participation in the project has allowed to increase the cooperation at European level, establishing alliances with entities from other countries and gaining confidence for active participation in future European projects.
The Instituto de Formación Europeo IFE María Pita is a training institute for adults, where trainers aim to have always an updated training and work with innovative methodologies. It offers various training courses adapted to the demands, both face-to-face and online. Online training is more and more present in our educational realities, since it allows to adapt more easily to the students. With the aim of updating working methods, the participation in this project has been presented, which has allowed, through specialised training in ICT tools and innovative methodologies, to increase the digital competences of IFE's employees. Thus, the entity will be able to adapt to a new normality, update knowledge and provide the training offered through resources such as online courses or virtual platforms, through innovative methodologies. At the same time, being a training in another EU member state, it allows IFE professionals to improve their English language skills, which will promote the internationalisation of the entity.
