The main objective pursued by participating in this project is to keep the organisation's teaching staff up to date with new techniques and trends in the field of education, in terms of innovative methodologies and new technologies (ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) - LKT (Learning and Knowledge Technologies)). This will enable a much more personalised educational response and attention to be given, adapted to the educational needs of the pupils and much more inclusive. Therefore, the aim is for the teaching staff to acquire digital competences for educational inclusion, to acquire inclusion strategies through the knowledge and application of innovative methodologies and, by participating in this project, to learn about new technologies for working with adult learners with some type of disability and educational needs. As we can see, the objectives are important challenges in order to become an inclusive entity, where students are the centre of the teaching-learning process.
Integra Cultural Association is an organisation that prioritises the social and labour inclusion of adults. The entity promotes European cooperation and is oriented to research and training of adults, focusing on the development of competences and skills. The entity pursues the development of basic skills, digital competences, promotion of multilingualism and intercultural dialogue, as well as supporting and managing European experiences for an improvement of labour inclusion. That is why it is essential to update and train the teachers of the entity, so that they can specialise and update themselves in new innovative methodologies and ICT-ICT resources to give a more adequate and personalised response to all the people who demand these services, with special attention to people with few training opportunities and with difficulties of social inclusion, unemployed, people with specific needs... The participation in this European project allows an update of the teaching staff of the entity, which will lead to an improvement of the educational quality. .
