Our aims are basically three: 1.- Lifelong learning of our teachers: so that our teachers can be well prepared to face the needs of our students. 2- Fighting against early dropout : Since our system is not compulsory for students, it seems easy for them to drop out, so creating a good environment and addressing their needs is of paramount importance. 3.- Digital transformation: We are fully immersed in a process of digital transformation, which has been carried out for many years now (since 2017), and on which we wanted to keep on working.
After having realized certain needs at our school, we envisaged some aims, like improving our teaching to adapt it to the needs of our students and to keep it updated with the latest technological advances, fighting against an early dropout and keeping on advancing in our digital transformation. We noticed these objectives could be reached through a European mobility project, which made us apply for it, in order to enhance autonomous learning and to make our teaching more complete, fun and effective.
