The main objectives were to continue the training of our teachers from an international point of view and in real learning contexts. In this case, the project allowed us to improve skills in new educational methodologies applicable to classroom management as well as to create optimal learning environments. In addition, we have had the opportunity to work on the diversity of cultures as a personal enrichment and for our students. Without forgetting, of course, the European dimension as part of the comprehensive training of future adults of the 21st century. In summary, our project intends to respond to the search for educational excellence, attending to the needs detected in the performance evaluations as well as in the lines marked out by the institution and included in the European Development Plan. These lines are structured in four dimensions, with their specific needs. These dimensions are: didactic, European and internationalization of the center, linguistic-communicative and quality and excellence.
Our project "Management of the classroom and emotions for significant learning in school education" is part of our conception of the integral education of the individual and is based on the idea that a positive environment together with good management and stability emotional, are key for our students to reach a more effective learning. In addition, we intend to delve into the diversity of today's classrooms, where different cultures must be seen as an opportunity to open up to a global world. Our center is a concerted school, which houses students from 3 to 16 years of age who we accompany not only during their academic life, but in their growth process as people. Our goal is to be a guide as well as teachers and be part of their evolution from children to future adults.
