Objectives

- A management team capable of leading the changes necessary to adapt the educational offer of the school to the needs of the 21st century students. - Teacher capable of programming their lessons taking into account the significant use of digital tools both in the teaching-learning process and in assessment, in face-to-face, blended and distance classes. - Students who are able to self-regulate their learning process and use digital tools autonomously. - Families with the necessary skills to accompany their children in the use of digital tools for learning. - Some school programs based on active methodologies that include the significant use of technology and can be adapted without difficulty to face-to-face, blended and distance education situations.

Background

In recent years, and due to the change of paradigm in education, teachers have been trained in active methodologies and have taken steps forward to offer students a quality education and help them develop the necessary skills to face the challenges that entails the information society. But, until now, teachers have programmed their work for a face-to-face education situation and, although they have integrated the use of ICTs, these have not been the main tools of work or communication with the rest of the educational community. This has meant that during the distance education period, points to improve in our teaching practice have been discovered. For this improvement, the training of both teachers and students is necessary, as well as that of the most disadvantaged families.
