First of all, this was a pilot project, in which a few people were involved (3 mobilities of teachers), in which we wanted to experiment this type of mobilities and make known the result to the teaching staff, so that we could start some other more ambitious projects later On the other hand we wanted to motivate teachers to enrol training in an interesting way, while encouraging the use of English, since 2 out of the 3 teachers are part of the bilingual section and the immersion they have carried out is very interesting. And finally, it was interesting for us to encourage the interest of the students to enrol in the bilingual section of the school due to the decrease in enrolment.
Our project has been carried out in a school in which the students' interest in studying, in general and in languages in particular, has been declining year after year. As for the teaching staff, because of what we said, causes them to be unmotivated, so that they do not carry out training of interest on their part, and only that which is strictly necessary. It should also be noted that we are immersed in a digitalization process in which training in this area is essential. Our school had never carried out any projects of these characteristics, so we were facing a new experience. And finally, we would like to mention that currently the school has no more Erasmus projects, since the last student exchange project ended last year.
