-Make the entire educational community aware of the importance of carrying out activities related to the environment and climate change. -Improve our practice as teachers, through collaboration and cooperation between the program and the institutions of the associated countries, integrating new methodologies, resources and educational materials in our classroom programming. -Motivate students in the use of the foreign language (English) and improve their language skills through the exchange of enriching experiences, within a real learning context, with students from other countries (exchange of Christmas cards, exchange of recipes, video calls , exchange of letters...)
The school C.E.I.P. Pablo Ruiz Picasso is an Infant and Primary school, which educates children between 3 and 12 years of age. It consists mostly of 2 lines, except that we currently have 3 lines for children aged 5 years, 1st, 2nd and 6th grade. In our center there is an annual project where all stages and levels participate. Our center has a Center Language Project, we participate in the Growing in Health Project, Peace Space School, Equality Plan, Library, PROA, PROA+, Village Program and Erasmus+ Project (KA11 and KA210). 90% of the teaching staff has a definitive destination in the center. Our school didn´t have previous experience in this type of project and thanks to the participation in this Erasmus+ program we have also been able to take part as partners in a KA2 project: Kinder to the Sea. Our first intention was to make contact with these projects through teacher mobility, to later request school accreditation and involve our students. Said accreditation was rejected in the previous call, so we will try to make some proposals to improve and we will present the accreditation again.
