With the development of this project we set ourselves four objectives. 1. Improve the communicative competence in English of the teachers of the center in order to enrich our multilingual program and that this improvement has repercussions on our students. 2. Apply active methodologies in the center so that our students carry out a more proactive and interactive learning among themselves. 3. Change the traditional methodological paradigm of our school towards an inclusive school, in which ALL students can develop their skills. 4. Develop an educational prevention plan that allows early detection and prevention of bullying, in order to neutralize it before psychological consequences occur.
Context of the organization (CEIP Padre Moreno): Moixent is a rural town located in the south of the province of Valencia, far from the capital and from larger towns that have more training possibilities. A drop in the number of companies and a rise in the unemployment rate has had a direct impact on the economy of our families, having less economic capacity to meet educational needs. Since the school we have been adopting measures and we have a bank of books and school canteen scholarships. PROJECT CONTEXT: The center staff is made up of young people, most of them career civil servants who live in Moixent or nearby towns. This is the second Erasmus + project in which we participate. The Erasmus commission of our center decided that, due to the fact that the situation caused by COVID-19 was not yet resolved, this project would be a transition to the new normality and, for this reason, we have carried out structured training courses so as not to involve students. or other schools.
