First, analyse and compare the Digital and Mediation Action Plan in other countries and centres. Secondly, to improve the level of English among teachers. Not only language teachers attended the jobshadowing, but also teachers of other subjects and a coexistence coordination to compare the topic of mediation, so they used English in all cases to be able to communicate and present what we had prepared to be able to compare later. Thirdly, teachers from the four phases and several subjects, as well as some members of the management team or secretarial assistants, have also travelled to discuss and learn about new ways of managing centres. Finally, we have taken into account that the two centers that have enabled mobility, stand out for their sustainability and environmental responsibility. As I mentioned in the previous point, the four training courses have not been carried out because in 2021 teachers traveled a lot for COVID measures and with our inexperience in this type of project, we finally did not find the right courses and ran out of time because the idea was to do these courses during holiday periods or with less teaching and work.
Our center is located on the outskirts of a city with students mainly from lower middle class families. Many do not have the opportunity to travel if it is not through these projects or activities promoted by the center, also on a digital level. English, French and German are taught at the centre, with great emphasis on languages, knowledge of other cultures and the acquisition of democratic values derived from knowledge of other cultures. With this project we sought to know new ways of working, new realities and future contacts to improve motivation in the classroom. We also wanted to improve the level of our teachers at the center in the language but the courses for 4 teachers have not been carried out for the reasons that will be detailed later; but that we will carry out later with the new projects within the accreditation obtained.
