The objectives of the project have been two: Consolidate the environmental culture and prepare the center to obtain the IOS 14001 standard, by observing and exchanging good practices in environmental management between the centers involved and their environment to improve the center's energy efficiency and encourage the participation of teachers and students in environmental management. Improve academic results in a foreign language for ESO/BATCH, around the topics of climate change and GreenSkills.
Among the main objectives of the Management project (20-24) it is suspected that it is necessary to promote the green school certification, delving into aspects of respect for the environment and sustainability. The center has the ISO 9001 quality management certification, and also the ISO 45000 occupational risk management certification. In the new Management project, pursues the ISO 14001 certification of Environmental Management System. very beneficial for our students, but also for their Serálias families and for the teachers, to become aware of the environment, integrate sustainable habits and practices into daily life and improve consumption habits. If activities are introduced in the Institute that promote the integration of these habits of respect for the environment in the day-to-day life of the center, we will contribute to improving their values as citizens. This project aims to encourage the involvement of students and teachers in environmental management, as well as improve language skills and meet and exchange experiences with centers/students from other Erasmus program countries, enriching values such as respect for diversity and fellowship.
