-ICT MANAGEMENT: Provide teachers with the appropriate knowledge to make the most of ICT resources and be aware of new technological resources to apply in the classroom. -LANGUAGE COMPETENCE: Offer teachers the best resources to broaden their linguistic competence in English. -SUSTAINABILITY: Apply environmental organization techniques in daily classroom work, complementing the curricular area that has been assigned to them. -SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT: Expand knowledge about the use of the external environment as a way of learning. -CULTURE: Know the sociocultural and linguistic diversity of the countries visited.
The new management team together with the teachers of the cloister carried out a SWOT to find out where we were starting from and where we wanted to go, with the results obtained we detected the following needs in our educational center: adapt the space as a learning environment adapted to the students and the center , promoting care for the planet and the environment, specific training for the implementation of ICTs and the improvement of the linguistic competence of teachers through immersion courses.
