The project "For training, inclusion and social entrepreneurship" want to act on six lines of action, which will affect the school, teachers and students: Internationalize the educational actions of the FP cycles of IES Martínez Montañés; learn new organizational methodologies from European educational experiences and implement them in the organization of the IES; implement new teaching competencies in the field of professional training provided by teaching staff; Train the teaching team in ICTs and in the use of the different Erasmus + platforms; prioritize international training and educational actions on students in a situation or at risk of social exclusion (young women and immigrants); and, consolidate the IES as a HUB for social and inclusive entrepreneurship.
The IES Martínez Montañés presents this project "IES Martínez Montañés: For training, inclusion and social entrepreneurship" as a direct commitment to the internationalization of the Center, taking with a series of very clear needs: the promotion of the exchange of experiences and connect with other European teachers and schools, promoting the social inclusion of students, promoting the presence of women in certain VET cycles; the continuous training of teachers in ICTs and languages; and the implementation of social entrepreneurship as an instrument to fight against discrimination against students. A clear commitment to open the Center, for international experiences, for the transfer of knowledge and for the students who have fewer opportunities.
