What did you want to achieve with the implementation of the project? In our institute and specifically in Vocational Training, we wanted to offer a good opportunity to get to know new places and cultures; An Erasmus also allows them to step out of their comfort zone and enter a new personal and professional challenge. The Erasmus+ CFGM and Basic FP programme allows VET students to stay in other European countries within a company related to their sector. Without a doubt, it was quite an adventure to send the to the students of Basic Vocational Training to do the practices in Europe, but the illusion has made the students infected and therefore the results have been unbeatable. Fearful students left and became confident people.
What is the context of your project and your organization? Our main context is to achieve the employability of our students in Europe, as well as to promote bilingualism in our students who acquire the commitment through the Erasmus scholarship to go to carry out their period of Training in Work Centers in Europe. These students work in business environments other than the Spanish, integrating into work teams where they have to communicate in another language, performing tasks of their training cycle, it is for all this, that several skills are acquired at once: Knowledge of the company in Europe, integrate into work teams, communicate with other people of different languages and customs. The students who have enjoyed the scholarship of this project, have returned totally satisfied with the experience. Wanting to repeat since they have enrolled in the cycles of Middle Grade and Higher Grade. With which his curiosity to continue studying and continue learning has developed.. In the case of Basic Vocational Training, which are students who enroll without any interest in studies, Erasmus + scholarships have made them feel integrated into a world of work, living an unforgettable experience among their colleagues, other language.
