The main objectives that have been set and achieved in the project "EUROPEAN VET INNOVATION" were organized around teachers and the school itself. Teaching Staff: has been promoted the FP DUAL in FEMXA through the development of the methodology of the learning communities; and FEMXA teachers have been trained in the field of digital tools observing successful international experiences. The level of satisfaction of participants has been equal to 100%. Centre: the European network of educational organizations with which to consolidate the internationalization strategy of FEMXA has been strengthened; and a transversal internationalization plan has been developed in FEMXA.
Project “EUROPEAN VET INNOVATION: A strategic action for the educational’s internationalization” of Femxa moved towards an internationalisation of the organisation, opening up to teachers all the possibilities offered by Erasmus activities in the framework of training, innovation and learning. The project began with a clear base, the needs of the center to have a highly qualified faculty and trained in innovative educational methodologies, based on digital education, learning communities, micro-credentials and the internationalization. The project, initially was to be carried out in Germany and in Finland, but in the end it was conducted exclusively in Finland, carrying out the planned activities. In this way FEMXA wants to be at the forefront in educational and training methodologies at international level.
