Carrying out the mobilities of the participants has allowed us to stimulate them, whether students or teaching staff, to learn about the realities of education outside our borders, allowing them to acquire new professional skills. Within our main objectives, which are many more: - The internationalization of our Educational Center. - Improvement of the teaching work by everything that can be learned from other institutions. - Improve the employability of our students. - Improving language skills for both our students and participating teachers. - Updating and modernizing our organization by observing how other institutions operate. - Further professional development with a view to improving the teaching/learning process. - A greater motivation for our students, encouraging participation in the Projects, getting to know new cultures, languages, people, places and countries. - Promote the inclusion of our students with less possibilities, making them participate in the different mobilities. - Improve coexistence and experiences in countries around us. - Encourage and promote European values and ways of life. An Educational Center like ours, located in a rural environment, which has as main productive sectors, agricultural and livestock activities, mainly welcomes students from our region and immediate surroundings, as well as students from all over the region of Extremadura and neighboring Autonomous Communities. These students, at the end of their studies, both for our students of Middle and Higher Level Training Cycles, find real difficulties for the insertion in the labor world, so difficult and competitive nowadays. Through our Erasmus+ Projects, in which we deposit a great enthusiasm and work by the Erasmus+ Team of the Center, we have tried to offer new forms of training, motivation for students who can and want to be beneficiaries of the mobility grants offered by the Project, but not only we wanted to offer these new challenges and experiences to our students, but also through the participating staff, we wanted to update the training methodologies, with the use of new technologies, with the incorporation of new resources and procedures that allow us to offer quality education.
