Our center is a public center with 30 years of experience, located in a working-class neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. It has 3 lines of multilingual ESO in French and English and Baccalaureate. In the field of Vocational Training, it has 2 professional families of Vocational Training, Commerce and Marketing and Personal Image with students ranging from the age of 16 who begin Basic Vocational Training without having completed their period of Compulsory Secondary Education up to adults aged 20, 30 or even 40 years old who want to retrain or accredit their experience with a degree. Our students mostly belong to the lower-middle class, with a low-medium level of education. The high unemployment rate is one of the endemic problems in the area and excellence in training is one of the best ways to combat it. The graduates of our FP training cycles have to opt for precarious jobs, with a lot of turnover and low pay, in addition the students who receive the FP cycles from our center are very unmotivated and the school dropout rate in vocational training cycles is around 35%. In this context, the need arises to consider the project as a way to help improve the situation shown.
