Objectives

1. Internationalize our students: We want to provide our students with experiences abroad, cultural awareness and intercultural skills. Our goal is to broaden your vision of the world through mobility and job rotation abroad. 2. Increase the technical capacities of the teaching staff: We want to increase the digital and pedagogical competences of the teaching staff. We provide training on new technology and teaching methods to prepare our instructors to teach in the digital age. 3. We offer collaborative learning environments where students can develop cooperation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Our students will cooperate with classmates from various backgrounds and learn from unique points of view through international mobility and multicultural environments. 4. Improve language skills: International language immersion helps our students to study. In today's global society, students must strengthen their language skills through contact with foreign languages. 5. Increase employability and future prospects

Background

Liceo La Paz is an educational institution in A Corua, Galicia, that offers professional training programs. The "WINDIV" project aligns with the European Erasmus+ standards in the field of vocational education and training. Context means addressing the needs of learners, including those in rural areas and adults seeking better prospects. Challenges include limited exposure to other cultures and the impact of the economic crisis and COVID-19. The project aims to internationalize students, develop their versatility and collaboration skills, and improve their language skills. It also focuses on teacher training in new technologies and pedagogical methodologies. The project seeks to provide innovative and practical learning experiences, preparing students for future opportunities, including international work placements. By participating in the Erasmus+ program, Liceo La Paz aims to improve educational practices, improve employability, and align with European standards of mobility, cooperation, and quality in education and professional training.
