Objectives

The objectives that were intended to be achieved by carrying out this project are: 1. Innovate in teaching-learning strategies for choir and chamber music subjects, with a view to increase motivation and improve student learning in these subjects. 2. Promote the beneficial internationalization of the Cartagena Conservatory, establishing foreign relations ever larger and stronger. 3. Improve the management and coordination of the center by analyzing other European music educational systems. 4. Improve digital competence to spread the activity of the center at a local, regional and national level.

Background

The main challenges facing my organization is the innovation and internationalization of teaching practice. One of the main needs detected is the renewal of methodological strategies linked to group choir and chamber music classes taught at the center. In addition, our school lacks internationalization and closer contact with European colleagues to promote mobility within the European educational community and favor later integration in the labor market, a more active use of eTwinning tools and an increase in language skills. and digital. Students will benefit directly from the application of new strategies methodology at the classroom level, with the improvement in digital skills that will allow a greater diffusion of its musical products and with the creation of networks that will facilitate future mobility of students in other centers, improving -in turn- their linguistic competence and their awareness of European citizens with possibilities of professional development in any country of the European Union.
