Establish a network of homologous educational centers that provide specific training in Hospitality for people with functional diversity, all within the UNESCO Creative cities project. Encourage the development of the students' professional skills that facilitate social and labor inclusion in their usual context, based on internships in companies and in homologous centers located in other European UNESCO Gastronomic Creative Cities. Promote the creation of a network of professionals specialized in the Hospitality training of people with functional diversity.
The main objective of this project is to promote the empowerment of the individual with functional diversity, based on their training experiences in homologous educational centers, located in municipalities belonging to the UNESCO network of Creative Gastronomic Cities. To grow as an institution through internationalization and to provide professionals with better intervention strategies through observation visits, as well as to share and value their own good practices.
