By implementing a second project in the field of Vocational Training, our main objective has been to consolidate and increase the international mobility opportunities for our intermediate vocational education students. They are very young, and they have usually limited professional experience and little knowledge of other cultural realities. Therefore, these international mobility activities are a very effective way to improve their language skills, which are essential in the hospitality and tourism sector and key skills to their future employability; to develop their technical and professional abilities in an international environment; to learn first-hand about international gastronomic culture; to interact with citizens from other countries and to know and understand different social and cultural realities, and to improve key skills such as self-confidence, personal autonomy and teamwork spirit. Last but not least, this project will allow us to consolidate our relations with professional organisations, companies and training institutions of other European countries, in order to further collaborate together in the future.
