Our school is located in a region where high unemployment stands out, especially among young people. To increase employability, we seek to integrate quality training with a strategy to improve skills and language training. As a result of the application of training strategies within our educational plan, we seek above all employability in different scenarios. The work and personal experience acquired in the Erasmus+ programs provide students with a much broader vision of the labor market, opening themselves up to entrepreneurship models. It also develops the capacity for integration in small and large companies in its sector and facilitates geographical mobility. A broader training where a global vision of the labor market is integrated will provide students with greater security when it comes to integration into the labor market. In our strategic training plan we seek the comprehensive training of our students, which also includes the development of personal and social skills, thus consolidating other fundamental knowledge for their professional performance, and which can only be achieved through the experiences acquired in different labor scenarios.
