The Erasmus+ K131 Project of the Fernando de Rojas Secondary School in Salamanca is aimed at students of TS in Early Childhood Education (TSEI). This profile trains students to work as educators in nursery schools and childcare centres with children between 0 and 6 years old. The TSEI teaching team is working on a strategy for the renovation of the early childhood education sector in Salamanca, called "Good Practices in Early Childhood Education", which seeks to achieve greater coherence between the discourse in the classroom and the reality that the students encounter in their FCT, as well as responding to a social demand for this type of educational model. For all of the above, the objectives of our Erasmus+ Project, in addition to the generic objectives of the Programme itself and the Europe 2020 education strategy, can be summarised as follows: - To offer teachers and students training experiences in active education through the knowledge of European reference experiences. - To weave a network of active schools in which synergies are generated between teachers and professionals at European level. - To introduce elements of dynamism in the professional sector that make our students more employable.
