1. Promote employment in Europe. In this project, the participating student has found a job in the destination country of the mobility. Throughout our trajectory, 100% of the Erasmus+ students have found a job after finishing their internship in a European company, 40% of them in the European country where they did their internship. 2. Establishing relationships with companies and other European educational institutions. We have expanded our network of contacts with a new company in the education sector. 3. Improve the language and professional skills, as well as the personal development, of the students and staff of our institution. Participants report having improved their level of English, especially oral comprehension and expression. 4. To create a learning culture in our institution, emphasizing the need for continuous training and encouraging the adoption of an active attitude in this process. 5. Promote social cohesion, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, gender equality, equal opportunities and personal independence.
