The sending organisation is an educational centre specialized in advanced and digital manufacturing, operating in network with local and international strategic alliances. It offers high-value training for individuals and services for businesses through technological and organisational innovation projects. The main goals of this project were, in general terms, to strengthen the skills and competencies of staff through specific training and learning experiences; promote collaboration and knowledge exchange among staff and partner institutions abroad; and contribute to the professional and personal growth of participants, providing them with a broader and enriching perspective. Specifically, the objectives of the granted staff mobility for training were to familiarize themselves with the learning methodologies and research activities applied at the University of Tampere (Finland) in engineering degrees, master's degrees, and doctoral theses. Additionally, the aim was to analyse the possibility of collaborating on European research projects in the areas of additive manufacturing, process automation, and digitalization, or advanced manufacturing.
