Complete the training of the participating student with the mobility activity. For our institution it is important to offer our students, who have to complete Workplace Training (FCT), the possibility of living this experience in a country close to us. This is a project designed and developed essentially for students of the Higher Degree cycles, that is, allowing the students of my center to carry out professional activities of observation and acquisition of experiences and work methods. On the part of the participants, the objectives are framed within the possibility of completing their practical training in a company in the telecommunications sector in a real environment, where productivity plays an important role. This represents an opportunity for our students to improve in their Professional qualification. To do this, destinations have been chosen and classified that meet the expectations of the students, which are usually Italy and Germany. In this project, Italy was chosen due to the professional profile of the selected students. The degree of satisfaction on the part of the participants has been high, partly due to the treatment and good reception in their respective learning positions.
