Our institution teaches in three professional families: Commerce and Marketing, Administration and Management and Transport and Vehicle Maintenance. We have promoted, organised and managed the Erasmus+ mobilities with the aim of confronting teaching and professional experiences in different environments that provide us with an important added value in our usual practice as teachers or students. We set out to achieve two objectives: on the one hand, to bring participants into contact with new tools and ways of working related to the professional areas they study and/or develop, very different from the environment where they live and, on the other hand, for participants to get to know and broaden their vision of the reality of the European Work Area to which they belong, eliminate barriers and learn to open new horizons on a cultural, social, professional and personal level, thus contributing to sharing common values, improving their civic commitment and favouring their participation in democratic life. We apply for projects in each call because we believe in the potential benefits of internationalisation for both individuals and institutions.
