For students in traineeship, it is intended to improve their employability, providing them with more and better technical skills, increase communication skills, especially in a second language, teamwork, the use of diversity, the promotion of entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to respond to unforeseen situations, contact with companies with a high level of innovation and flexibility, coping with real situations, both in the personal and professional sphere, as well as the integration of cultural and social plurality. Always taking in mind sustainability. With regard to staff mobilities they contribute to the acquisition of specific competences and good practices related to the teaching-learning process in innovative organizations. They also allow to establish contacts for future collaborations and to set up a network of mutual support in all countries involved in the process. They improve linguistic competence as well and they are useful to analyze the effect of content and methodologies on the labor market. Finally, a Teaching Staff Mobility was requested, with the objective of having a greater transfer of knowledge and building a new network of contacts.
