One of the main objectives of the project has been to improve the quality of learning, together with the professional, personal and social skills of our participants. To achieve this objective, our initial approach was the organization of 6 mobility activities: 4 of them were aimed at students from different Higher Level Vocational Training Cycles, consisting of doing internships in companies, which would also allow them to validate the Workplace Training module (FCT); The remaining 2 mobilities would be aimed to teachers training, consisting of job shadowing, both in Vocational Training Centers or in companies. With these mobilities we also wanted to ensure that participants could compare different work procedures, obtaining a better understanding of the organization and management of companies and vocational training systems in other countries. On the other hand, we have intended that the beneficiary students could discover new employment opportunities, acquiring different work methods and technical skills, and at the same time improving their entrepreneurial initiative through mobility, which would allow them to be able to develop new professions.
