Promote the participation of teachers and students in the first years of Advanced Vocational Training of the two professional families taught at Institut Baix Montseny, with the aim of allowing them to get to know the reality of other countries (culture, customs, ways of working and understanding life) different from ours, thus improving their language skills and their professional skills. To allow students and teachers to leave their comfort zone (home, friends, work and studies) and to face a totally different reality in a different language than they usually use, achieving greater independence and competences, both personally and professionally. In this project we have used two training mobilities in which two teachers from the Management Team have participated. These teachers have been able to immerse themselves in a cultural reality different from ours, with the aim of acquiring new knowledge and integrating it into their areas of work. On the other hand, feeling involved in the project can help to motivate and encourage students.
