IES La Minilla wanted to improve the level of key competences and skills among their students and staff, with particular regard to their relevance for the labour market. The chance of being able to spend a training period abroad is seen as a tool to achieve the objectives of our strategy such as internationalisation through cooperation; increase in the competitiveness, the employability and entrepreneurial skills, and improvement in the quality of our vocational training. We also desired a raise of a feeling of belonging to Europe for our students and staff, and the the upgrading of their language skills.
