When planning an Erasmus+ mobility project, it is essential to define clear objectives. In the case of the Sabadell Institute, Firstly, participants had to gain a broader perspective on the different cultures present in the EU, improving their personal development. In fact, students were also exposed to diverse cultures, which fostered intercultural understanding and communication skills. On the other hand, we wanted our students to acquire new skills and competencies, especially relevant in today's globalized labor market. As in other projects that Institut Sabadell works on, a significant objective is to strengthen collaboration with other educational institutions and organizations, fostering a global academic community.
