The aim of this project was to give continuity to the process of internationalisation initiated at Florida Universitaria in 1993, offering mobility opportunities to students, teaching staff and administrative and service staff and promoting the modernisation and improvement of the quality of its educational offer. The mobility actions were expected to have a positive impact on the training and development of the participants, both on a personal and professional level, on the improvement of their basic and transversal competences, as well as on their employability and professional development, and from the feedback it seems that this has been the case . Participation in the Erasmus+ programme is crucial for achieving the objectives of internationalisation, which is why Florida Universitaria actively participates in this programme, especially in the KA1 and KA2 actions. It was also expected that participation in the programme would contribute to improving its visibility, positioning and visibility.
