The Secondary Education Institute Mossèn Alcover carries out various Erasmus programs: School Education and Vocational Training in consortium with the Department of Education and Higher Education of the regional Government of the Balearic Islands. This has been the seventh project of higher education. The main objective of mobilities is to offer environments for innovative practices different from the centers in our country as well as learning about new pedagogies for teachers. We consider mobility at European level as an opportunity to learn about new ways of work, to identify good practices and increase job placement possibilities. In this project three students and two teachers participated through a public call and selection process. The general purpose of our center is aimed at the modernization and internationalization of studies based on mobility actions within a cooperation environment.The achievements raised have been the improvement of the quality and prestige of vocational training, the acquisition of competencies and skills of the participants, getting to know innovative environments, enriching language learning and promoting equity and inclusion.Previous positive results have allowed us to continue offering mobilities
