The project consists of internships of our Higher Education students in enterprises abroad and formative / training stays of our staff in enterprises abroad too. Our educational centre has two important goals, related to both students and teachers: Improvement of their professional skills, as well as the acquisition and fluency of a foreign language. Based on these goals and together with the need for internationalization of our school, the following objectives of our project are -Improve the cooperation between the enterprises and the institution and facilitate our students' incorporation to the job market. -Support new development of contents, methodologies and learning strategies . -Improve the linguistic competence of a foreign language. - Access to quality education irrespective of socio-economic background. With these objectives, we fulfill the main principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education: -The same opportunities in the selection and grants of our students in a clear and transparent way. -Recognition of the activities.
