Our school has participated in numerous Erasmus+ projects focused on Middle Grade and Staff mobilities as part of a Consortium, of which it has been and is the coordinator. On this occasion, this was our own project with which we wanted to develop mobilities for the school's higher education students and for the teaching and management staff. With this project we were awarded 5 mobilities for the students and 5 mobilities for the staff. Finally, 4 Job Shadowing mobilities were carried out for the Staff: 1 to Italy and 3 to Bulgaria in 2023. The objectives pursued with this project were: -To include Erasmus+ mobilities in the educational offer of the centre. -To carry out quality mobilities, which stand out for their good management and organisation. -To promote the importance of language skills among participants. -To allow participants to get to know new cultures and educational systems. -To develop a sense of belonging to Europe. The following results have been obtained with this project: -Acquisition of the Europass document justifying the completion of the mobility. -Improvement of the language skills of the participants. -To get to know new educational systems and new pedagogical methodologies.
