The 2021 project reported in this document is the first project executed in the framework of the new Erasmus programme (2021‒2027). This project's placements were completed during the academic year 2022‒2023 in order to give sufficient margin for preparation. This first project in the new programme has entailed several important challenges: - Digitalization of placement management. - Implementation of new short-term mobility options in the framework of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP). - New management for international mobility (Beneficiary Module). - Difficulty implementing student exchanges due to cutbacks in the number of placements awarded. The two main priorities of the 2021 project are the digitalization of the processing of learning agreements and the signing of inter-institutional agreements, pursued alongside the implementation of new forms of exchange under the umbrella of the new BI programmes. The quantitative challenge of the programme has been to maintain pre-pandemic levels of student exchanges, which has been difficult because of cutbacks in funding allocation.
