One of the main objectives of our center is the internationalization of both students and teachers. For this reason, in higher education we have been working for years with different projects KA103 and KA131, promoting the improvement of the training of participants at both a professional, linguistic and personal level. Mobilities allow the putting into practice of the knowledge acquired in the center of origin, while at the same time they involve adaptation and learning of different methods, tools and forms of organization in the work of the host organizations, which represents a bidirectional benefit. . The main motivation in vocational training is to train professionals for their early employment. The Erasmus experience allows you to complete your training, improve your C.V. internationally and increase the feeling of European citizenship. We know that the labor market demands increasingly versatile professionals, with the ability to adapt to change and a proactive attitude. We are sured, and past experiences support it, that mobilities improve these types of skills in our young people, in addition to promoting their autonomy and social skills.
