One of the main objectives of the project is that Higher Education students can complement the curriculum of their studies by completing the Workplace Training module in companies in the IT sector in other EU countries, through internships. This objective has allowed us to achieve other parallel goals such as improving their job placement and the linguistic and multicultural skills of all participants. Another objective is for teachers to carry out training and teaching activities in other countries with the aim of improving the linguistic and professional skills of teachers and students, and of providing a new dynamic and updated approach to classroom activities. Both the host partners and different members of our educational community have participated in the development of the project. The participation of the management team, the teaching staff of training cycles, the students and the departments of English, orientation and the European Programs stand out; the latter created specifically for the implementation of our Erasmus+ Projects.
